I made this digital social media planner because I was trying to find one with all these things and couldn’t. So many planners either have toooo many pages and fields that makes it too annoying to fill out every week, or not enough info to get a solid plan down.

This social media planner includes:

• Monthly overview to plan key dates, or at a glance (undated so you can re-use it every month!)

• Weekly social media planner to plan specific posts for the week, including a dedicated space for hooks, captions, hashtags, and the Reel/TikTok/photo idea

• Storyboards to plan shots for Reels, TikToks, or other video content.

Each monthly and weekly page is undated so just erase it and re-use every week/month, or duplicate the page in your tablet notes app to keep using it again and again. (Here’s how to do that in Goodnotes!)

I like to sit down at the beginning of each month and plan out key dates on the monthly calendar, then at the start of each week (or earlier), plan out my content ideas for the week ahead in the weekly planner. That way I can shoot all my content in one/two days and save a ton of time by batching it. Plus… it keeps me consistent as otherwise the days go by too quick. :)

The storyboards are a place to take the ideas you enter in the weekly calendar and frame them out scene by scene. For example, if you’re doing a “skit” of two characters talking, you could make a frame for each character and what they’ll wear, etc. Or if your Reel will be shot in different locations.
